OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

Perform a variety of duties involving record keeping, registration of students and assisting in completing semester and year-end reports.

WORK PERFORMED

Responsible for setting up files each semester and updating student master file. 

Assist in completing semester reports; completing and updating LEIS forms at the end of the year. 

Input student registrations into automated data system.

Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets.

Assist with scheduling and advising students.

Assist with all records and registration functions.

Greet faculty, staff, guests, visitors, vendors and others.

Provide information to incoming callers regarding registration and student records; determine the appropriate department and person to speak to based on information requested.

Operate copiers, fax machines and printers as necessary.

Attend meetings, conferences, training sessions, and seminars to update and learn new skills.

Perform other related duties incidental to the work described here.

Educational Level:  Associate Degree or comparable experience
