Human Resources Development (HRD)

Human Resource Development is a course that trains individuals for success in the workplace. It is designed for unemployed or underemployed individuals seeking employment. The fee is waived for those that qualify. Course work included self-assessment, career exploration and marketing skills for today’s job market. Call (704) 991-0279 for class start dates.

<li><strong>Career Readiness/ Pathways to Employment  (24 hour)</strong>  Self and career exploration as well as marketing skills in today’s job market.</li>
<li><strong>Using Technology (computer) for the Job Search (30 hour)</strong>  Learn how to use the computer for your job search to find job openings and complete on-line applications.</li></ul>
