The course prepares the student to sit for the State Exam to qualify for licensure.  The class is based on the new 75-hour broker pre-license course requirement.  This class will be 80 hours at SCC and 80% attendance will be required.

This course is designed to prepare the student to take the NC Real Estate Examination and work as a provisional broker.  Upon completion of this course, students who pass the class with a grade 85% or higher and meet the required hours of attendance for the course will be issued a certificate to sit for the state exam.  Textbook required.
