Download Gradebook for use with MS Excel	Q: I need to be able to see the gradebook. The WebCT view of it is too cumbersome. Is there a way to change the view? A. There is no view change, but you CAN download the grade book to a .csv file which can then be imported and viewed in Excel. (thanks to Myra and Dan for this info): Select all of the information in the WebCT gradebook (Shift drag from the the first column heading to the last grade). Click Edit > Copy from the Internet Explorer menu Run Excel Click Edit > Paste Special > Values from the Excel menu Delete any unnecessary rows that pasted as part of the copy / paste. Be sure and check the results, columns can co-mingle when you do the above method.
