(November 15, 2007) Stanly Community College will be hosting its annual CACRAO Senior College Day program on Tuesday, November 20, from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the Webb Student Center located on the Albemarle Campus. CACRAO stands for the Carolinas Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers. It is an organization of two-year and four-year colleges in North and South Carolina.
“We encourage students who are interested in pursuing their education through four-year colleges or the military branches to stop by and visit the many representatives available,” commented Tony Oettinger, Associate Dean, Counseling Services, at Stanly Community College. “Students will have the opportunity to obtain a one-on-one conversation with a representative from a college and/or military branch of their choice. It is a great way for students to get answers and gain knowledge about their chosen field of study,” added Oettinger.
