Having worked in a manufacturing environment, I recognize that STEM education is the cornerstone of economic development. Manufacturing Day gives us the opportunity to bridge the understanding between manufacturing and STEM while highlighting this excellent opportunity to students.”
At the conclusion of the tour, lunch was provided at the Agri-Civic Center. During lunch, Centralina Workforce Development WDB NEXGEN Specialist, Solomon McAuley, gave a motivational presentation to the students about the importance of responsibility, integrity and education.
