MS Windows 11 Configuration

This course introduces operating system concepts for single-user systems specializing in Microsoft 11. Topics include hardware management, file and memory management, system configuration/optimization, and utilities.

With the MS Windows 11 Configuration curriculum, students should be able to perform operating systems functions at the support level in a single-user environment.


Windows Admin I-Install & Configure

This course covers the installation and configuration of a Windows Server operating system. Emphasis is on the basic configuration of core network services, Active Directory and group policies.

With the MS Windows Admin I Install & Configure curriculum, students should be able to install and configure a Windows Server operating system.

Pre-requisite: Experience with OS concepts or MS WIN 11 Configuration


Windows Admin II

This course covers the management of a Windows Server operating system. Emphasis is placed on the deployment of print services, network services, Active Directory, group policies and access controls

Pre-requisite: Windows Admin I


Azure Fundamentals

Azure Fundamentals is an entry-level, hands-on training course designed to introduce students to cloud computing and how Microsoft Azure provides these services. Students will learn core Azure concepts, Azure pricing, compute services, storage solutions, database services, cloud architecture, and the Azure well-architected framework. Additional topics are automatic scaling, monitoring, identity and access management (IAM), and securing Azure accounts. This course will help students prepare for the AZ-900 certification exam.

The course includes Microsoft Azure training resources, hands-on activities, labs in an Azure environment, reading materials, videos, and more.

This foundational course is required before taking more specialized Azure courses, such as Azure Administrator.

Azure Administrator

Azure Administrator is a second-level, hands-on training course designed for IT professionals who have completed Azure Fundamentals and want to deepen their expertise in Azure administration. This course goes beyond the basics, offering a more detailed and comprehensive look at managing and optimizing Azure environments.

Students will dive into advanced topics such as managing Azure subscriptions, securing identities, configuring virtual networks, and connecting Azure with on-premises environments. Additional topics include advanced network traffic management, implementing and managing complex storage solutions, creating and scaling virtual machines, deploying web apps and containers, and monitoring and troubleshooting Azure resources for performance and reliability.

The course includes Microsoft Azure training resources, hands-on activities, labs in an Azure environment, reading materials, and more; preparing students for the AZ-104 certification exam. This advanced course is ideal for those seeking more specialized Azure certifications or roles as Azure Administrators.

Introduction to Cloud AI & Azure AI Fundamentals

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the foundational concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Designed specifically for students seeking a structured entry point into cloud technologies, this course focuses on the Microsoft AI-900 certification exam objectives.

Throughout the course, students will explore core AI workloads—including computer vision, natural language processing, automated machine learning, and modern generative AI/agentic applications. Rather than focusing on complex software development, this course emphasizes the analytical and architectural understanding of cloud hosted solutions. Utilizing virtual labs, students will interact with many use cases and practices for AI within the Azure environment. This course heavily features data ethics, grounding technical solutions in Microsoft’s six principles of Responsible AI. By the conclusion of the course, students will have developed critical thinking skills, architectural vocabulary, and foundational knowledge to support their success on the AI-900 certification.

Azure Identity and Access Management (IAM) with Microsoft Entra ID

This course provides an introduction to Identity and Access Management (IAM) within Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). Designed for IT professionals, and students pursuing Microsoft certification, the course prepares learners for the concepts and skills measured in both the Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) and Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) certification exams.

Students will develop a strong understanding of identity management principles, authentication and authorization methods, Zero Trust security concepts, and identity governance. Through a combination of documentation/reading, demonstrations, and hands-on labs, participants will learn how to implement, manage, and secure identities across cloud and hybrid environments.

Topics include Microsoft Entra ID architecture, user and group management, role-based access control (RBAC), authentication methods, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access policies, self-service password reset (SSPR), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity Protection, application registration and enterprise applications, B2B and B2C collaboration, identity governance, access reviews, lifecycle workflows, and hybrid identity integration with Active Directory.

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to design and administer secure identity solutions, implement access controls, protect organizational resources, and apply Microsoft security best practices. Students will also be prepared to pursue the Microsoft SC-900: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals and Microsoft SC-300: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certifications.

Azure Security

Azure Security is an advanced, hands-on training course designed for IT professionals who have completed the Azure Administrator course and are looking to specialize in securing Azure environments. This course builds on foundational Azure knowledge and dives deeper into the critical aspects of cloud security.

Students will learn to secure Azure identities, configure advanced threat protection, and implement security solutions across compute, networking, storage, and databases. Topics covered include managing security policies, configuring Azure Firewall and Azure DDoS Protection, implementing role-based access control (RBAC), securing Azure SQL databases, and using Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Sentinel for threat monitoring and management. Additionally, students will gain hands-on experience with security tools and services that help ensure the integrity and compliance of Azure environments.
