Study Abroad Application Process

Step 1:

Step 2:

Submit your Required Forms

• Health, Insurances and Emergency Information Form
• Student Travel Responsibilities and Participation Form

We just need a little more information from you before you travel! These forms are required!

Step 3:

Passport Application
Passports typically take 4-6 weeks to process so be sure to give yourself plenty of time to compile your application, passport photos, supporting documents and passport fees.

Step 4:

Register for HUM 180 or SPA 161.
You will be able to register once Summer 2024 registration opens.  Be sure to mention it to your success coach!  

Step 5:  

Apply for Scholarships

2024 SGA Study Abroad Scholarship (due January 22, 2024)
