Real estate professionals needing continuing education credits to maintain their North Carolina Real Estate Broker License can register for an upcoming 8-hour, in-person session at Stanly Community College’s Crutchfield Education Center in Locust.
This session is scheduled for Thursday, April 10, from 8 AM to 5 PM, including the NC Real Estate Commission’s General Update (GENUP) course and a four-hour elective titled “Radon and Real Estate in North Carolina.” The class will break for one hour for lunch. The cost of the class is $70.50.
Registration is required and opens on Monday, March 11. To register, call Eagle's One Stop at 704-991-0123. The registration fee includes tuition, accident insurance, and course materials. Participants must have a current North Carolina Real Estate Broker License and bring proof to class. It is important to note that this course does not satisfy the BICUP requirement for Brokers-in-Charge.
