Albemarle, NC – Stanly Community College will offer the ACE Personal Trainer class starting August 22 at the Stanly County Family YMCA. The course is designed to prepare students to earn an American Council on Exercise (ACE) personal trainer certification. ACE a mission-driven nonprofit with 30 years of science-based research.
The course is for professionals working in fitness and health occupations, and for anyone who is passionate about health and wellness.
Classes will be held on Mondays from 5:30 – 8:30 pm, with occasional online and Wednesday evening classes.
