Section Name: RLS-370402-100 Comments: This course includes the NC Real Estate Commission required four-hour GENUP and four-hour elective continuing education hours for licensed real estate brokers. Registration and tuition ($70.50) are required prior to class start. Elective Topic is George Bell's "And the Court Said." Brokers will learn from the trials of fellow NC brokers. This course incorporates a lot of discussion and thinking, as well as negotiations with fellow classmates to determine what each believes the NC court decided.
